Probably the most useful piece of information I’ve gotten that has helped me with combatting anxiety has been learning the difference between having a growth mindset and a fixed mindset. I also keep this in mind when talking to my kids – and the kids I work with. This YouTube video from Sprouts is increadibly helpful when it comes to helping you understand the differences.
